Catch It All! ("the app") is made by Jevgeni Agnevstsikov. By installing or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the app on devices you own or control. The app is licensed to you, not sold. Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement applies in full and takes precedence over anything here that conflicts with it.
The game is made of locations. One location is free and can be played from beginning to end without paying. Further locations are optional, and each is a separate one-time purchase.
A purchased location is permanent: it does not expire, there is no subscription, and it carries no in-game currency or consumable items. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account and can be brought back on any device you sign in to, using Restore Purchases on the Locations screen.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details, and we cannot issue refunds ourselves. Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Write to us as well and we will help however we can.
We may add locations, change how the game plays, or adjust prices for locations that have not been bought yet. We will not take away a location you have already paid for. If the app is ever discontinued, locations already purchased remain usable on devices where the app is installed, for as long as the operating system supports it.
Please do not attempt to modify the app, work around purchases, or redistribute its content.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. It is a casual game and is not intended for any purpose where failure could cause harm. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without affecting mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
